Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct should serve as guidance in our daily work to ensure that everyone in
the organization and value chain - at all times - behaves with integrity, good judgment, and
professionalism, for the benefit of the business and our customers.

The Code of Conduct has been adopted by the parent company Seafire and is also applicable
for all subsidiaries and should be communicated to all employees and suppliers within the
group. Together with the Sustainability Policy, these will serve as minimum requirements and
set guidelines for how stakeholders within our organization and value chain should act as
responsible companies, owners, and employers.

Message from the CEO
Seafire is a long-term and active owner that develops our companies with sustainability in
focus. Since the subsidiaries’ operations are highly specialized, we have chosen to adopt a
governance model where the subsidiaries individually have a significant responsibility in
strategic matters and great freedom in daily decisions.

Delegating responsibility and authority to the right employees is an important part of our key
success factor. Our employees are highly competent and strongly contribute to stability and
independence within the group. A prerequisite for us to continue to create value and grow
successfully is that all employees share our views on business and act based on certain
principles within the group.
Group-wide principles may seem like common sense, but the more we grow and the more
employees we have, the greater the value and need to define these principles and
communicate them continuously.

Together, we have developed this Code of Conduct to support and clarify the overarching and
fundamental principles that we as employees, employers, and companies should adhere to in
relationships and contacts with other stakeholders such as other employees, suppliers,
customers, partners, and society. Our belief is that together we become stronger and better.
