What we are looking for

We are looking for companies with stable profitable development, a clear and strong market position with a strong customer offer that builds uniqueness and competitive advantages. Usually it is a Swedish company with its market locally, regionally or globally. We are industry agnostic but prefer industrial companies and niche trading companies. We are looking for companies that can become a new business unit in the Seafire Group, or complement one of our existing subsidiaries.

The Road to Becoming a Part of Seafire

We are looking for a mutual willingness to create something together — it should feel right and be fun. Every situation is unique and we want to find the best solution for you. Usually we buy 100% of the company, sometimes with continued part-ownership within Seafire, sometimes in a straight cash deal. Your role after the takeover may be the same as before, focused on your strengths, or you may be ready to move on. An open and honest dialogue is absolutely central to us.
