VD ord
Seafire is a long-term and active owner who develops our companies with sustainability in focus.Since the activities of the subsidiaries are highly specialized, we have chosen to apply a one-management model in which the subsidiaries individually have great responsibility in strategic matters and a great deal of freedom in daily decisions.Delegating responsibility and authority to the right employees is an important part of oursuccess recipe. Our employees have excellent expertise and contribute greatly to the stability andindependence of the Group. A prerequisite for us to continue to create value and grow with success is that all employees share our vision of entrepreneurship and act on the basis of certain group-wide principles.
Group-wide principles may seem like common sense, but the more we grow and the more employees we are, the value and the need to define these principles and clearly disseminate them continuously becomes greater. The Code of Conduct should serve as a guide in daily work to ensure that everythingabout the business and the value chain — at all times — behaves with integrity, good judgment and professionalism, for the good of the business and our customers. Our belief is thattogether we will be stronger and better.
