Long-term sustainable value creation

We are passionate about developing businesses, companies and people. With innovative products, satisfied customers and competent employees, our subsidiaries build long-term values. Seafire is a committed owner who acts as a ball board for long-term strategic development, we facilitate collaborations between the subsidiaries - which are independent but part of something bigger.

Seafire's vision, strategy and business concept

We create value through a sharp acquisition strategy and an effective ownership model based on decentralization and long-term vision. At the heart of our philosophy is a strong focus on customer value, a drive that good can always be better - the key enabler is to connect with us and develop ambitious people who thrive at work.

Business idea

Seafire's business concept is a clear and rigorous acquisition strategy, far-reaching decentralization and rapid and businesslike decision-making.
Through collaborations, we create context and greater values for the subsidiaries - our companies are independent but part of something bigger.

Seafire is a long-term attractive investment where strong cash flows can be reinvested to good returns.

Strategy

Investment strategy
We invest primarily in Swedish companies with their main operations in Sweden but with customers, suppliers and partners globally. Acquisitions are made by companies that form new business units, and through additional acquisitions of existing subsidiaries. Seafire always acquires a majority of the shares.

Possession strategy
Our philosophy is based on far-reaching decentralization in which each subsidiary and its management optimize their operations according to their conditions. Our affiliates are independent but cooperate where it makes sense. The perspective of business is long-term and is based on a healthy level of risk.

Vision

Our vision is to be Sweden's best owner and developer of small companies. With Seafire, companies develop in the long term by being part of something bigger.
